VPR Prep sells online services only: access to practice questions, mock tests, solutions and analytics on vprprep.com. Nothing is shipped and no physical goods are delivered.
1. How your plan is delivered
- Your plan is activated on your VPR Prep account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
- You see a "Payment Successful" page, the plan appears under My Payments → Active Plans, and the included tests open under Mock Tests.
- A receipt is e-mailed to your registered e-mail address and can be downloaded from My Payments at any time.
2. Validity
Each plan shows its validity (for example 3 months or 1 year) before you pay. Access is available throughout India and anywhere with an internet connection, 24×7, except during short maintenance windows. Individual tests open and close at the times shown for each test.
3. If your plan does not appear
If your payment succeeded but the plan is not active within 2 hours, write to contact@vprprep.com with your Order ID or Razorpay Payment ID. We will activate it or refund you as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
