These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VPR Prep website at vprprep.com and its services (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by R and D Educational Enterprises, H.No. 1-8-527, Chikkadpally, Musheerabad, Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. What we offer
VPR Prep is an online preparation platform for competitive examinations such as the UPSC Civil Services and State Public Service Commission examinations. It offers topic-wise practice questions with explanations, timed mock tests, scorecards, solutions, ranks and performance analytics. Some features are free; others are available only with a paid plan.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- You must give true, current and complete information when you register and keep it up to date.
3. Your account
- One account is for one person. You must not share your login, sell or transfer your account, or let anyone else take tests from it.
- Sign-in uses your password and a one-time code sent to your e-mail. Keep both confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at once at contact@vprprep.com if you suspect misuse.
- You may follow up to five exams at a time on one account.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Plans are one-time payments for a fixed validity period (for example 3 months or 1 year). There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge.
- A plan unlocks the test series and tests listed for it, including tests later added to that series during your validity period. Free tests and practice remain available to all users.
- Validity starts when the payment is confirmed. If you buy the same plan again while it is active, the new period starts when the current one ends.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
- We may change prices and plans at any time; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
- Coupon codes are subject to their own conditions (validity, minimum order, one use per person) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Mock tests, scores and ranks
- Each test has an opening and closing time, a duration and a number of allowed attempts. The server clock is final. When time runs out, your test is submitted automatically with the answers saved before the deadline. There is no grace period.
- A test is written on one device at a time. Opening it on another device moves it there.
- You are responsible for a working device and internet connection. Answers are saved on our server as you move between questions; an answer that did not reach the server before the deadline cannot be counted.
- Scores, solutions and ranks are released according to each test's schedule. Ranks compare students' first attempts at a test.
- If an answer key is found to be wrong after a test, we may correct it after independent review, re-score all attempts and publish revised scores and ranks. Original scores are kept in your history.
- Scores and ranks on the Platform are indicators for practice only and do not predict or guarantee results in any official examination.
6. Content and intellectual property
All questions, explanations, tests, analytics, software, design, text and logos on the Platform are owned by or licensed to R and D Educational Enterprises and are protected by Indian copyright and other laws. Previous-year questions of official examinations remain the property of the respective examining bodies and are reproduced for educational purposes. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the Platform for your own preparation during the period you are entitled to it.
7. What you must not do
- Copy, download, screenshot for distribution, record, publish, sell or share questions, solutions or tests, in whole or part, including on social media, messaging groups or other websites.
- Use bots, scrapers or any automated means to access the Platform, or try to bypass access controls, timers or payment.
- Create multiple accounts, or use someone else's account, to gain extra attempts or to influence ranks.
- Interfere with the Platform's security or operation, upload malicious code, or attempt to access other users' data.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, remove access to a plan, or cancel a test result if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached (for example account sharing, cheating or copying content). Where the breach is yours, no refund is due. You may stop using the Platform at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and changes to the Platform
We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or remove features, tests or content. If a test included in your paid plan is cancelled, we will offer a replacement test or extend your plan.
10. Disclaimer
VPR Prep is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Union Public Service Commission, the Telangana State Public Service Commission or any government body. Exam patterns, syllabi and dates are summarised for convenience; always rely on the official notification. We do not guarantee selection, marks or rank in any examination. See also our Disclaimer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of opportunity or data) arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify R and D Educational Enterprises against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Subject to that, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made under it, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top. For significant changes we will tell you by e-mail or on the Platform; continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
