This policy applies to all plans bought on VPR Prep (vprprep.com), operated by R and D Educational Enterprises. We want you to buy with confidence, so we keep it simple.
1. 7-day refund window
You can get a full refund of the amount you paid if both of these are true:
- you ask within 7 days of the payment date, and
- you have not started any paid test included in that plan.
Practising free topic questions or opening free tests does not affect this.
2. When a refund is not available
- After 7 days from the payment date, or once a paid test from the plan has been started.
- For a plan that has expired, or partly used validity.
- Where an account was suspended or a plan removed for breach of our Terms & Conditions (for example account sharing or copying content).
3. We always refund in these cases
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Money debited but plan not activated: if your bank shows a debit but the payment failed or the plan did not activate, the bank or Razorpay usually reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. If it does not, or if you would rather have the plan, write to us with the details and we will activate the plan or refund you.
- Our failure: if we cannot provide the tests included in your plan and cannot fix the problem within 7 days, we refund in full or in proportion to the unused validity, as you prefer.
4. Cancellation
Plans are one-time payments with a fixed validity and do not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Your plan simply ends on its expiry date. An order you have not paid for is cancelled automatically after 48 hours.
5. How to ask for a refund
- E-mail contact@vprprep.com from your registered e-mail address, with your Order ID (shown in My Payments and on your receipt) and the reason.
- We acknowledge your request within 2 working days.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 5 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay. Banks usually credit it within a further 5–7 working days.
Refunds are for the amount actually paid (after any coupon discount). Access to the plan ends when the refund is processed.
